What's new in 1.2.3
- Fixed: automatic pay capture stopped working after DoorDash's app update. DoorDash redesigned its screens, and tips and base pay started landing in the review inbox instead of saving automatically. Capture now reads the redesigned completion screen.
- More unit formats survive address matching. Suite and space designators ("Ste 102", "SPACE M") now stay attached through every matching step, so units in the same building stay separate in more cases.
- Two separate orders from the same store are no longer mislabeled as one stacked offer.
- Known issue, stated honestly: if a delivery's pay screen is missed entirely (app closed too fast, or the first leg of a stack), the Earnings-screen backfill can't yet read DoorDash's redesigned Earnings layout. Those deliveries wait in the review inbox for now. I'm working on the fix for the next update.
What's new in 1.2.2
- Apartment and suite numbers are no longer dropped. Units written with a space in them — like "SPACE M" or "Ste 102" — were being cut from the delivery address, so every unit in a building could end up sharing one address entry. That meant a "no tip" mark on one door could look like it covered the whole complex. Unit numbers are now recorded correctly, and deliveries to different units in the same building stay separate.
What's new in 1.2.1
- The wait timer could keep running for hours after a dash ended. It happened when DoorDash changed the wording on the main screen during peak-pay promotions. Fixed — and the timer now also stops on its own if Tipper stops seeing the screen at all.
- A stuck "Waiting for an offer" notification could survive the app restarting. Fixed.
- Two orders for the same customer from one store now count as two deliveries, matching what DoorDash files — so your history lines up with the Earnings screen.
- Base pay could attach to the wrong delivery when two orders came from the same store. Fixed.
- "Clear all data" was leaving two tables behind. It now clears everything.
- Clearer wording on stacked-order history rows and the review screen.
What's new in 1.2
- Wait time lands where you actually waited. Time is attributed to the place you spent it, instead of being dumped wherever the offer happened to arrive.
- Heat only where you genuinely parked. No more heat on roads you merely drove down, at dropoff addresses, or at the spot where you started your dash.
- Places you waited and got nothing now show up instead of vanishing from the map — a dead spot is worth knowing about too.
- Peak pay recovered from the Earnings screen when it isn't on the completion sheet, so Prop 22 totals stay right.
- Engaged time survives a cancelled order rather than being lost.
- Day-level reimbursement pay that you confirm before it counts toward anything.
- Two-tap tip assignment when two orders came from the same store.
After downloading
Android will warn about installing apps from outside the Play Store — that's normal for any sideloaded app. The install guide walks you through every tap.
Updating
Install the new APK right over the old one — your data stays put. Do not uninstall first. The app also checks for updates and points you back to this page.
