Refund Policy
Effective June 2026.
We'd rather you try Tipper free than pay and regret it — that's what the 30-day trial is for. But if you've paid and it isn't working out, here's exactly how refunds work.
Cancelling
Cancel anytime from the "manage subscription" link in your receipt email. Cancelling during the free trial means you're never charged at all. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep full access until the end of the cycle you've already paid for. Your data is on your phone and stays yours regardless.
Prorated refunds
If you don't want to wait out the cycle, email tippersupport@gmail.com from your purchase email and we'll refund the unused days of your current billing cycle, prorated:
refund = $9.99 × (days remaining in the cycle ÷ days in the cycle)
Example: cancel 9 days into a 30-day cycle → 21 unused days → refund ≈ $6.99.
We process refunds through Lemon Squeezy within 2 business days of your request; your bank typically posts them in 5–10 business days. Your subscription ends immediately when a prorated refund is issued.
The fine print
- Refunds go to the original payment method only.
- One prorated refund per customer per cycle.
- "It stopped capturing after a DoorDash update" qualifies like any other reason — you don't have to justify a refund request. We do read the reasons, though; they decide what gets fixed first.
- If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of emailing us, it freezes into a slower formal process for both of us — please give us the chance to refund you first.
